TRACE Engages AmCham Bangladesh to Drive Investment and Business Climate Reforms

Strategic Dialogue with AmCham Bangladesh

Strategic Dialogue with the AmCham Bangladesh (American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh)

In a decisive move to champion economic reform, TRACE recently engaged in a highly productive, high-level strategic session with the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham). This pivotal meeting served as a powerful platform for TRACE to drive meaningful dialogue on critical trade and investment framework improvements.

Led by the distinguished insights of Mr. Syed Ershad Ahmed, former president of AmCham Bangladesh, alongside key members of the AmCham leadership team, the collaborative session underscored TRACE’s growing influence in shaping the region's economic discourse. Throughout the exchange, TRACE successfully collaborated on practical, forward-looking regulatory reforms designed to sharpen Bangladesh’s global market competitiveness. By focusing squarely on unlocking strategic opportunities, optimizing the ease of doing business, and fortifying the commercial ecosystem, TRACE's engagement successfully laid the groundwork for a more robust climate capable of attracting substantial domestic and foreign direct investment (FDI).
