A.S. Mobarak Uddin Ahmed is a highly experienced finance and operations professional with over 30 years of expertise in financial management, compliance, procurement, administration, and organizational operations across donor-funded development programs and corporate sectors. He is recognized for strengthening financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Mobarak served as Finance & Operations Manager for the USDA-funded Bangladesh Trade Facilitation Project (BTF) at Land O’Lakes Venture37, where he led financial oversight, budgeting, audit coordination, procurement compliance, payroll management, and operational planning while ensuring adherence to donor regulations and organizational policies.
He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing strategic leadership in financial planning, internal controls, reporting, compliance, and organizational governance. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in internationally recognized organizations including USAID-funded programs, Helen Keller International Bangladesh, Impact Foundation Bangladesh, and IBC Power Ltd.
Mobarak holds an MBA in finance and has completed chartered accountancy intermediate certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). His extensive experience in finance, operations, and compliance enables him to support organizations in building transparent, accountable, and sustainable systems for long-term growth.
